Safety reports

Use in-app report and block controls for urgent user safety concerns. Reports are routed to a moderation queue for review.

Account deletion

Email from the Google account used for Kindred Private and include the phrase Account deletion request. The support team will confirm the request and process deletion or anonymization subject to safety, legal, fraud-prevention, and moderation-retention needs.

Privacy questions

Email support with the phrase Privacy request and include only the information needed to identify the account.
